Q? Where is my driver?
A.Our office will always provide you an emergency number to contact if you do not find your driver. In case you do not see our driver at the meeting point indicated, It could be that he’s a little delay. Stay at the meeting point and wait a few minutes. If he does not arrive, please call the numbers we gave you.

Q? How to book a service?
A. There are three ways of booking our service. You can do that directly by using our online reservation form or by calling the numbers you find on our website or by email to 
info@nccairport.com.

You will receive an automatic email. Wait for our staff to take care of your reservation, then send us a confirmation email and meet your driver the day of your arrival or departure.

Q? Is there a limit for my luggage?
A. Both for the Private and Shuttle service, there is not a limit for the luggage. However, we ask you to let us know the exact number of luggage or if you are traveling with pushcairs, prams, chairs, etc.

Q? Where are the meeting points?
A. You will find all the meeting points on our website in the section: MEETING POINT. For the shuttle from Rome to Fiumicino remember that the meeting point will always be at TERMINAL 3.

Q? How can I pay for my booking?
A. To our clients we offer different methods of payment:
-Cash to the driver
-Credit Card to the driver (+3%)
-Bank Transfer
-Credit Card Online (+5.5% )

Q? How do I change or cancel my booking?
A.It is always possible to cancel the service. In this case, it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible.
